I've been involved in Trirantna since around 1998, initially in South London and more recently at LBC. My main commitment at the Centre at the moment is to my study group with Nandaketu and to my GFR group. I have a studio at the Arts Centre, where I'm developing a movement practice that seeks to integrate meditative and expressive/artistic aspects. Alongside that I also offer sessions there in Rosen Method, an approach to bodywork that uses touch and dialogue to cultivate body awareness and release of unconscious tension, and which I see as a form of supported samatha meditation, or meditation-in-relationship.
Just to let people know about classes at the Arts Centre on Monday nights in Skinner Releasing Technique, an accessible approach to free movement and dance that starts from relaxation, visualisation and body awareness.
