Saturday Opening

From Saturday 25th September the LBC will be open EVERY SATURDAY.

Please drop in and say hello, use an available shrine room to meditate in, come to the lunch time class or join me at 4pm for a puja.

Open EVERY Saturday

Autumn approaches and after the Urban Retreat the Centre will be open on SATURDAYS. If you may want to get involved with helping at the LBC on a Saturday then send me a message.
There will opportunities for receptionists, supporting classes, teaching (OM's only) and welcoming people to the centre and it's community.

Thank you Nandaketu! Yes indeed, the pictures are from Nepal - well-spotted :). I think the prayer flags were taken in Manali or Dharamsala though. Hope you are keeping well and warm.

Oh! You shouldn't do that - I think we would have more people coming in if they expected to see a rock-star you!
