While I am aware that early morning meditation on wednesday at the LBC is up and running, I do wonder if there is anywhere else in london weekdays which is open for mediation before work? Are there no predawn sanghas anywhere? The tradition of meditation doesn't even matter so much, I would simply love to find somewhere to sit between 6.30ish- 8.30ish.
