Hello friends. Just to let any teachers (or parents) know that Bodhi Tree, the LBC's educational project, teaches mindfulness and meditation courses in schools. The programme is called Breathing Space and this term I'm in two primary schools (in Newham and Tower Hamlets) and a secondary in Lewisham.
Please pass on to anyone relevant that we have availability in the autumn term.
